I've notice recently that over the years, my level of excitement to get up & work has been very much dependent on the weather.I did not enjoy working in this weather at all But lately Oh! I've been loving serving you every single day regardless of the weather condition 😅

This pic was taken today by our rider who had come to collect some First Aid Kits to be delivered and he was like, "You are the first person I have seen today with a beaming smile. Everyone is in low spirits" lol. I immediately asked if he could take a picture of me so that I could remember this moment and what it signifies especially on those days when I second guess myself and/or Empowered Travel ZW.

About yesterday... I took a quick moment to breathe again at Haka Game Park. I used to do this every weekend (different parks) but lately it has become harder and harder to find the time thanks to Empowered Travel ZW taking all my time. I'm trying to learn how to prioritise these therapeutic sessions with nature again that have kept me sane all my adult life but it's proving to be hard.

How have you managed to find the healthy balance between working and taking proper breaks? (Do you just leave issues pending and catch up when you can, which may mean never maaging to catch up on some of the things) or how do you do it? and how often do you take those breaks?

One thing I took for granted for so long until I found myself in situations that required it is emergency medical care knowledge & skills. Travelling to game parks which most are in remote areas expedited it for me. I have since come to appreciate that whenever we are leaving our homes (especially to go on a trip) we need these three things:
